Applications are received on Rolling Basis so there is no fixed deadline. However, all documents must be received at least two months before the desired term in order to be considered. It is highly recommended that you apply early as spaces are limited, and availability is filled on a first come, first serve basis.

Again, we receive applications all year round so there is no fixed deadline. However, applications must be completed at least two months before the desired intake in order for the applicant to prepare for the Korean visa application and make proper travel preparations.

Download the application and compile all necessary documentations for full consideration. Missing any documents will delay consideration of your application which will not begin until all materials are received. When your materials are complete, you will be notified by email.

APPLICATION CHECKLIST

• Application Form with all completed short essays (the linked applications forms above can be used for intake years 2022+ and onward until updated).

• Transcripts from all schools attended, including High School and current college if attending.

• 2 Recommendation Letters from an adult advisor, teacher, or leader who knows you well. (either the form in the application or a separate letter)

• Copy of Passport

• Optional: Supplemental certificates of accomplishments, licensures, qualifications, sports or arts merit awards. SAT or AP scores reports. We also accept links to your personal websites, blogs, podcasts, or Youtube pages if they are useful in helping us get to know you better.
